Data Deletion Instructions

How merchants and customers can request deletion of personal data processed through ConfirmFlow.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@solutioners.com.pk with the subject ConfirmFlow Data Deletion Request, or contact ConfirmFlow support at +92 330 8060911.
  2. Merchants should provide their ConfirmFlow account email/user ID and connected store domain. Do not send passwords or API tokens.
  3. Customers should provide the merchant/store name, phone number used for the order and, where available, the order number. We may coordinate with the merchant that controls the order data.
  4. We will verify identity and authority before disclosing or deleting information. Additional information may be requested where necessary to prevent fraudulent deletion.

What the request covers

A verified request can cover account/profile information, integration credentials, store configuration, customer/order records, shipment records, WhatsApp message records and related operational data held by ConfirmFlow, subject to the merchant's request and applicable obligations.

Processing time

We acknowledge valid requests and aim to complete deletion from active systems within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex or requires merchant verification, we will provide a status update. Protected backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before normal expiry.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information where required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, enforcement of agreements or other legal obligations. Retained information is restricted to the relevant purpose and is not used for unrelated marketing.

Disconnecting integrations

Merchants should also uninstall/revoke ConfirmFlow from their ecommerce platform, disconnect WhatsApp and revoke courier or other third-party access where applicable. Deleting information from ConfirmFlow does not automatically delete copies controlled independently by Shopify, Meta/WhatsApp, couriers or other providers.
