1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to ConfirmFlow. By creating an account, connecting a store or integration, or using the service, the merchant confirms that they are authorized to act for their business and agrees to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service
ConfirmFlow provides ecommerce order management, COD workflows, WhatsApp automation, courier booking and tracking, barcode operations, inventory tools, payment reconciliation, reports and related integrations. Features may depend on the merchant's plan, configuration and third-party provider availability.
3. Accounts and credentials
Merchants must provide accurate information, protect account and integration credentials, restrict staff access appropriately and notify us promptly about unauthorized activity. The merchant is responsible for actions taken through its account and connected services.
4. Messaging and customer communications
The merchant is responsible for recipient consent, opt-in records, template content and compliance with Meta/WhatsApp rules and applicable communications laws. ConfirmFlow may suspend messaging that appears unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful to recipients or platform integrity.
5. Ecommerce and courier integrations
ConfirmFlow sends instructions to third-party platforms using credentials supplied or authorized by the merchant. The merchant must verify order, price, address, courier, COD amount, booking and tracking information before operational use. Third-party service terms, charges, limits and outages remain under the relevant provider's control.
6. Fees and billing
Applicable subscription, usage or setup fees are shown in the selected plan, order form or connected app marketplace. Courier, WhatsApp/Meta, SMS, payment gateway and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated. Overdue accounts may be restricted after reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable use
Merchants must not use ConfirmFlow for unlawful goods or activity, spam, harassment, fraud, unauthorized data access, security testing without permission, harmful code, platform abuse or violations of Shopify, Meta, WhatsApp, courier or other connected-provider policies.
8. Data and confidentiality
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing data and intellectual property. Merchants authorize ConfirmFlow to process merchant and customer data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, internet issues, provider outages, API changes and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. We may make reasonable changes to protect security, reliability or legal compliance.
10. Suspension and termination
A merchant may stop using the service subject to its billing arrangement. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk or non-payment. Upon termination, merchants should export required business records and submit any deletion request through our Data Deletion page.
11. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ConfirmFlow is provided on an “as available” basis. Merchants remain responsible for business decisions, shipment instructions, customer communications and financial reconciliation. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
